Full out. There is no prep time. Who wins?
Deathstroke Vs. Barry Allen
I'm not saying that Barry wouldn't, but remember in Identity Crisis when DS stabbed Wally because DS is like 20 steps ahead because of his intellect? Did that just happen because Wally is predictable or is DS that smart?

No. DS had prep that time. He planted bombs strategically that forced Wally to conform to a path that would save him from the bombs..... but run him right into DS's blade. DS has also shot off Impulse's kneecap while he was moving at superspeed.
But in this fight DS has 0.000000000000000000.............(indefinate but very lengthy amount of zero's later)0000000000000000000001% chance of survival.
I completely agree that with absolutely no prep time Flash would win. However, lets view this in comic book terms. Heroes don't normally just get the chance to blindside villains, especially Deathstroke. Deathstroke is the greastest tactician on the planet and if he thought there was even a chance that Flash would come after him then he would be well prepared for the fight He would only be in defensible positions of his choosing with plenty of traps, plus the more time Deathstroke has the more prepared and deadly he gets. At this point Deathstroke has a very good chance of winning and my final point almost guarantees him the win: Flash doesn't kill, Deathstroke does, so Flash would be trying to beat up and KO, while Deathstroke would have planted traps to kill and has much more wiggle room in terms of the actual fight. And for the people who STILL think that Barry has a chance, remember villains tend to be preemptive as opposed to heroes so it is likely that Deathstroke would have some sort of bargaining chip or ultimatum if indeed he did get beaten; such as, Iris West in a bomb vest set to blow across the country. Flash rushes off>Deathstroke has the bomb vest on a trigger switch as well>compensates for Flash's transit time>BOOM!>Checkmate.
Barry with ridiculous ease. Deathstroke is a great character, but please don't try to make him out to be more than what he is.
In Deathstroke's defense, it's the fraggin' Flash he's up against. Fastest man alive.
Just the fact that Deathstroke can sometimes tag speedsters of high calibur is impressive.
He loses here, but that by no means means he's weak or slow.
@GreenLantern555: i don't know what PIS is but from what i do know that sounds like what other people were describing when it was brought up
@Rapthorn2ndform: Plot induced stupidity. When something happens just for the sake of advancing the story.
@Void_Paladin: THANK YOU FINALLY
I've been asking people for a WEEK and nobody has told me
i know there are a few other 3 letter abbreviations i don't know but now i am one step closer to knowing what i'm talking about
@The_Last_Son_of_Czarnia: PIS is when the writer makes something happen for the sake of the plot. Example: Superman punches Batman full force and Bruce doesn't die.
WIS is when the writer simply didn't do their research on the character. Example: If Batman is seen lifting 5000lbs. The story makes no mention of it outside this one panel and it has no bearing on the story as a whole. The writer simply made a mistake. This is considered WIS.
In a fight where strange things happen, it can be hard to tell the difference. It's usually tough to figure out whether the writer did something for the sake of the plot, or was simply ignorant of the characters abilities.
Hope that helps.
