Deathstroke (Pre52/New52) Vs Cardiac

Location: Construction Site

Dr. Elias Wirtham hears about the construction of a crime based hospital that plans to turn down anyone unaffiliated with the mob unless they are willing to pay an outrageous price or join, he suits up as Cardiac and sets off to stop the building process and take down those involved. Anticipating the impending assault on his interests, the Mob Boss hire's Deathstroke to oversee the construction site.

• Cardiac - None

Bump

Leaning towards deathstroke. Cardiacs armour has its limits and doesn't seem to be as durable as others with vibranium mesh. Slade should be more accurate and agile all though Cardiac is stronger and has more blast power (on average at least).

Round 2 is trickey. I don't remember many hand to hand feats all though as mentioned above cardiac should be stronger. I might give this fight to Slade as well.
