I'm pretty sure Manta could solo. Outside of Boba's sonic detonator (which is questionable in the first place), I see no way for Boba or IG-88 to harm Black Manta. The guy has traded blows with Aquaman, who is well beyond Class 100 in terms of strength. And Manta's suit is protected to the molecular level. Boba and IG-88 don't have a prayer penetrating that suit. The best they could do is avoid him as much as they could, taking cover wherever. But in the end, it'd all be futile. They simply have no way of harming someone who can take punches from a guy who can lift 160,000 tons. Black Manta is simply out of their league.
