Deathstroke and Punisher vs Bane and Spawn

starts on a Gotham City (night) rooftop. morals are on (if there are any). each team gets 1 week prep. no superpowered interference. who wins?

@Immortal777: if you are wondering about the nosuperpowered interference that just means they cant call in superpowered buddies in with prep. they still have their powers and they can still call in non-superpowered buddies.

.....um. Are we missing something? You do know that you could team all three of the others against Spawn by himself and it would still be an effortless curbstomp for him?
