This battle comes down to whether Superman gives time for an attack and whether he noticed the Kryptonite. Deathstroke and Deadshot have the weapons to take Supes out, but Superman should have plenty of time to see that the bullets are K and avoid them. There is a chance he might not notice or check them out and take the hits to prove a point, but chances are better that he would scan them before doing his whole bullet proof bit.
If Deadshot and Deathstroke had pre-planned it, then I can see them having about even odds in this situation. If they could set up an innocents in danger or even a random explosion to capture Clark's attention for a second, I can see Supes going down.
Superman flies just out of gun range, takes out their weapons with heat vision then flies down and whips both there asses before they have time to even register what happened. They can't hide because of his x- ray vision, telescopic vision and super hearing. They can't keep an eye on him due to speed and he can easily beat their asses cause he's Superman.
@blackwind: There's also the issue that both Deathstroke and Deadshot are smart enough not to go after Superman without a way better back up plan than K bullets
They'd have to somehow encase the kryptonite with a soft shell of the strongest metal that can break through clarks skin. Too much prep for a suicide mission. Supes 9/10.
with K-bullets, if team uses a strong hypersonic rifle, and fire when superman is distracted... then i don't see how he should be able to react to it? team should win
