I'll definitely check that out later. I'm at work and the Ledger is FORBIDDEN! I could use my phone but it'd take me 15 mins to write a paragraph. 
 
Didn't Death's Head absorb a bunch of personalities? It says on his page here that one of them was from 2020. Does that mean he'd have knowledge on Arkady?

Yes, but I don't believe I have ever seen that knowledge applied to recognizing key characters.  It's just more-so combat knowledge / tactics.  He's never encountered Arkady so it's fair to just speculate that he doesn't know the character.
