Deathlok (Luther Manning) is in New York City to take down Toxin..
Luther has full intel on Toxin & has been in the city for a whole month getting used to his surroundings..
Luther has his usual Tech/Weapons (pistols) for this encounter..
Toxin has no idea hes being hunted but is on alert for any danger..
No BFR, Time travel allowed..
Fighters start 5 miles apart.. NYC is un-populated for this encounter..
Win by KO, Kill or surrender..

Toxin wont be needing to hide in this scenario imo..
Theres more than enough cover/building for him to evade Deathlok if he wants..

Imo this is no spite thread far from it..Deathlok doesnt get a months prep for this battle he gets a month to make himself familar with NYC..
As most will know Toxin knows the area like the back of his hand, every corner, subway system & dark alley..

This isn't Micheal Collins its Luthor Manning...Toxin is physically superior and I don't see much ways Manning would be able to harm him so I'm giving it to Toxin...

Does Manning get that computer system/voice that relays him info on the fly about his surroundings/probabilities of hit or being hit/enemy tactics and all of that cool stuff? Or was that some sort of upgrade with Collins?

Makes me think of it as a lite version of Midnighter's battle computer...lol

Damn, you're right! I wasn't paying attention and didn't see that he means Luther. Well, in that case Toxin clearly wins. His strenght and other attributes are far superior to Luther-Deathloks, so that a pissed off Toxin would rip him apart, just like he did it with Razor-Fist. And yeah, Luther wouldn't be able to harm him badly, because Toxin is more resistent to fire and sonics then his Papa Carnage. ... Mhh, I like the sound of that ... Papa Carnage. Papa.

@whacknasty yes has all his tech for this encounter also his Plasma pistols..
