Marvel's death is completely omnipotence and omnipresence. Also she have limitless cosmic energy. So i think marvel's death win here.

Marvel's death is on par with a fully fed galactus, Oblivion, Eternity, Infinity, Cthulhu, Khtanid, And Hastur. They are surpassed only by infinity gauntlet/beyonder level beings and Azathoth/Living Tribunal/Spectre level entities As well as One Above All/The Presence/Heart of the universe/DC God/Yog Sothoth level entities.

DC's Death is above Gods and cosmic beings, too. She's Endless. She will be the last thing remaining in the universe when this world ends, and she will be the one to "put the chairs on the tables, close the lights and lock the universe up behind me when I leave".

Plus she's awesome. She wins IMO.

I doubt she's a match for Something on the Level of Azathoth or the one above all.
