Both gave Thor trouble....In Gorrs fight with Thor both cracked a near by planet as a side effect. I also heard Gorr survived a godblast. I dont know who really wins. Probably stalemate.
And btw there have been A LOT of Deathseed Sentry threads lately.
Yep the amount of attention Sentry is getting that the moment is rather staggering.
Although a honest analysis, Sentry has yet to show, his power somehow matches to a guy, who soloed 3 Thor's together, specially in a series where Thor power look so far apart than it has ever looked, and one of the Thor Gorr defeated was "supposedly" Skyfather level.
Insufficient feat from Sentry to say either way.

Well you can say Sentry defeated Molecule Man, who is very above Thor. But we need to see more from Sentry to say he can really match a skyfather Thor. And yeah the Thor Gorr fought was skyfather. It was King Thor with Odin Force.

The same thing happen to Gorr when he gotten the Three Thors Vs feat.
Different version in question, and likely a lot to do with Void side of his power than anything else.
This one is a bit different.
I however agree with pretty much everything you had said.

Disagree. But its whatever.

Agreed.
Also, Gorr takes this
It's been awhile...wasn't Gorr amped up with his special weapon and absorbing other gods he killed in his fight with the three Thors? Didn't Young Thor smack him around when he wasn't amped? Going off memory so don't kill me if I'm off! ;-) @killemall
@green_skaar: while everything you said is true Gorr gets his power from Necrosword. What that does is he gets more powerful based on how many gods he kill and the boost isn't temporary but rather permanent which is why Gorr who was defeated by Young Thor was able to overpower more powerful Avengers Thor as well have even more powerful King Thor absolutely at his mercy.
In short while it took the slaughter of an entire planet filled with God for Gorr to ascend to power level powerful enough to beat 3 Thor it's an ascension in power level as opposed to a temporary boost.
Does any of this makes sense coz I am pretty lousy at explaining stuffs.

Makes sense. I was just curious if this battle assumed Gorr has his Necrosword and it's after the killing of all those gods. Didn't know it was permanent boost, thank you.
It was more than 4 years ago. You really think I remember what I was talking exactly?
For the record, Remender's Thor burned his hand to the bones putting it into what appeared to be a sun.
You know what? You're right, this was a super late reply, I just thought Remender for the most part was an OK writer, but if he really was nerfing and mistreating my main man Thor then obviously I'd be curious (Rick Remender is mostly a X-Man writer so I don't read his stuff as often as I should)
Actually, he only wrote one X-ongoing. Uncanny Avengers (and that's where his Thor appears) was more Avengers than Uncanny so I wouldn't call it an X-book. Other than that he wrote Venom and Punisher runs. I think his Punisher sucked majorly and I didn't read Venom. UXF is his most acclaimed work, but I don't think it's all that great either. Although it has some really nice moments.
Gorr or stalemate. Sentry's not beating the necrosword, but I'm also not sure if Gorr can actually put DSS down. His amp was ridiculous.
