He can use any ability he wants, but he cannot dodge/absorb the Attack, he must take it. Attacks are in energy wave form.

sentrys durability scales with his mental stability.... even an unstable sentry engaged in a fight which leveled a moon next to him and had shown more power than binary who is a planet buster..... he had also tanked attacks from world war hulk and got only bloodied up and flash koed by a punch from blue marvel who can split a moon in half....
so by default sentrys durability is at least moon level when he is unstable and only goes up from there......... a stable sentry can destroy the earth and has destroyed planets in the microverse while holding back in his fight against photon..... so by default a stable sentrys durability is far above planetary......
he seems to be able to lower his own durability, which is what happened when he entered the sun to kill himself where he burnt down to a skeleton but immediately healed back and remained in that state without taking any further damage once he saw that it's no use...... so he has at least star level durability..... he has probably greater durability but where it stops is just speculation, unless there are greater feats i don't know about....

also i think what makes the sentry so dangerous is that even if you get past his natural durability he still heals from any damage instantly..... really not a character you want to have around on battle boards lol

Most likely asking if the attacks would vaporize him, since he can't be killed nor KO'ed.

Sentry before the Deathseed had crazy and insane regeneration.

Not only that, but we know that his immortality is insane. Molecule Man even twice could not kill him because the Sentry kept coming back. Morgana Le Fay also could not kill him because he reappeared back. To be honest I don't know if he stops or clears. I don't know if he can survive the destruction of a universe.

But is this a test of durability solely? Meaning his body will tank it and he'll still be alive?

16, 17, and 18 are all basically the same because galaxies differ in size.

Anyways, I don't see him getting past 14, and he'd most likely be severely KO'd at 12.

Stops at 13. We have yet to see an attack that was a legitimate solar system level threat hit Sentry and have him survive it.
