Death (Marvel) vs Death (DC)

Who wins in this all out battle.

Death.

I'm pretty sure this has been done before but DC Death should win.

Been done. And that's Vertigo Death first, then DC Death. But Vertigo Death should win, because Death in the Marvel U represents the end of time (Oblivion the end of space) while Death of the Endless is in charge of ending the universe, walking out, and locking up.

Death of the Endless has shown much more power. Death of Marvel can not kill any being early, unlike Death of the Endless who can kill anyone who is going to die in the future, but if they fought each other, then stalemate. Death of the Endless can not take Marvel Death, and Marvel Death doesn't have enough power to hurt Death OTE.

People always forget this is two characters battling, not who is more powerful. There's a difference.

Edit: wait, i was wrong, Death of the Endless wins seeing as she's the final death, and anything that has died, or will die, she can take.

I won't debate that Death of the endless has better showings, but how does she beat Death? How does either of them beat the other? Is this a fight to the death? And what would that even mean?
