@rbt: Yes he can. The gun fires vibranium bullets and can shoot across planets. Bucky also has a teleporter built into his arm, he got it in his previous run.

To address this thread, I think Deadshot is more than likely a better shot than Bucky. He's the Bullseye of DC pretty much and that's his specialty. But to shoot someone, you need to know where that person is and how to find them. What are Deadshot's best anti-stealth and sniping feats? How is he going to locate and find Bucky when Bucky has been able to outsmart Wolverine's senses multiple times and sneak in on DD? I haven't decided who wins here, but I want to know why the majority of people are saying Deadshot has the feats to beat Bucky. What are these feats?

If Deadshot finds Bucky he has a good chance of winning the gun fight, if he can't then Bucky probably snipes him.......maybe.

what about their h2h skils

When it comes to H2H I'd have to give the clear edge to Bucky, Deadshot doesn't really have any notable feats when it comes to fisticuffs.

Bucky via prep , he currently the Man on the wall and that tech would give the edge.

Bucky is being really undersold and no one is giving any reason at all for Deadshot.

In a gun fight I'd give the edge to Deadshot, his display of accuracy easily makes him one of the most lethal street level sharp shooters, and his armor grants him the durability required to take a handful of bullets should Bucky get some shots off on him.

If Bucky closed the gap and engaged in an H2H brawl then the fight would easily go to him, Deadshot's H2H skills are severely lacking and Bucky has much better training/experience in that field of combat.

I only recall Deadshot getting H2H hits in if he catches Bruce with a cheap shot; other than that he mainly tries to keep his distance so he can shoot his way through his problems.

Yeah; I'd really love for Floyd to develop some better H2H skills though, it'd make him much more of a threat within the Street tier if he could hold his own in a fist fight.
