No, I don't think he's ever killed anyone that high up. He wouldn't be able to get close enough without being seen or spotted. The longest sniper kill is 2500 meters and he'd probably be seen or caught trying to snipe him.

Amanda Waller gets the JLA and Suicide Squad to stop him separately. He's not getting an inch closer to Obama.

This really depends. Yes Deadshot is by all accounts a superhuman marksman...but police and military in real life aren't quite so inept as they are in comics and movies...

I think he could pull off the shot, but whether or not he can get away is up for debate. This is of course assuming he's the only comic character in the real world this debate takes place in.

Deadshot only holds back against Batman, not the president.

Deadshot could accomplish such a feat; however, I'm not 100% sure if he could escape.

My gut answer is that he could flee and create a new life for himself elsewhere.

While I'm sure Floyd could kill the president, I don't think he could get away with it. From what I understand, the President always has a pretty crazy amount of security around his premises at all times these days (scouts surveying the area, snipers patrolling to make sure there's no one suspicious around, agents dressed as civilians) so while I have no doubt he could shoot the President, doing so without being spotted when there's a ton of people on the look out might be more difficult. If he can quickly escape the area without anyone spotting him, then he could probably get away with it. If someone were to see him and identify him as a suspicious person, then I don't think he could get away. The U.S. government would start a massive manhunt to find him, and at that point I think it's only a matter of time until he's caught.

Assuming the police find him what would they do? He dodges bullets and can shoot them before they even realize what's going on.

2. No. Its one thing to calculate a straight shot trajectory. Its an entirely different thing to calculate a trickshot ricochet (which would be the smart thing on Floyd's behalf). Moreover, I'm pretty sure Floyd has customized bullets (making them virtually untraceable). Its honestly only a job for Batman. Someone who has history with Floyd and his patterns.

I see Floyd killing the president and making it look like someone else did it. If he is caught or seen though, I don't think he can get away...

He could kill the president, and he could escape from that, but he would have to gave up on his assassin work. He would have to change his life, at least in the professional way.
