This is what I was thinking. He can also do ricochet shots and kill or harm more then 1 at a time.

Considering that the OP doesn't give a starting distance, we assume the combatants start up close, and the Turtles should win in that case. They have a numbers advantage that their team work takes great advantage of and they are vastly more skilled than Floyd which is a supreme advantage in melee and the numbers edge does help in having one or two of the brothers close in.

@allstarsuperman: I think Deadshot would kill one whilst alerting the others. From there, Deadshot would continue to scope them out. The Turtles might turn things around but Deadshot, being the badass he is, has the odds in his favor. I see Deadshot killing all of them based on the fact that this was unexpected for the Turtles and that they don't where or who Deadshot is, while as he knows where they are.
