Depends if Deadshot has better scanners/detection abilities than X-O Manowar. If not, Ninjak goes invisible, climbs around like Spider-Man, and assassinates him.
Ninjak can climb walls like Spider-Man, clearly he wins.
Yeah... that's what my argument was tantamount too...
Insert Deadshots head here:
Deadshot kills ninjak if they start facing each other, but if ninjak utilizes stealth he would win. I don't know how good deadshots new 52 gear is though.

Well they're starting approximately 100 feet apart in this scenario, so I would think Ninjak has a good shot at going the stealth route here.
Floyd... eats one of these bad boys:
Damn, you beat me to it man.
@i_like_swords: Don't get me wrong, I love how badass Ninjak is, but Kindt's bias is really pissing me off. Every chance he gets Ninjak gets another fight with even more gadgets, and the very little page time he gives Gilad, the Eternal Warrior, ends up with Gil being beat to sh!t by a brain dead woman.
Damn I hated this. I get that he wants to write a Ninjak solo, but at the cost of other characters, mostly Gil, is selfish. Kindt either doesn't care for Gil, or just doesn't really understand him.
/End completely off-topic rant.

100 feet is very little for a bullet to travel, and Floyd has armor piercing bullets, and can pull off flawless ricochet shots.
@allstarsuperman: It honestly just isn't the best "team" book, but I can sympathise with why you're pissed. Hopefully a new writer down the road will fix things.
True, but I was just saying at that kind of range Ninjak has time to get to cover, drop a few shurikens and go the stealth route.
