The joker meets deadshot in the street. Deadshot has all of his gear while joker has an Ak 47 and his knifes and all of his gadgets his usually uses Who wins

Interestingly enough Deadshot always gets his ass beat in random encounters it was always Bane and Catman coming to his aid, even in Salvation run he was unimpressive whereas Joker OWNED both Lex and Psimon (Who he killed with a rock) lol

Psimon was a punk, and Lex Luthor was just in a dirty business suit. Meanwhile, Deadshot killed bunches of Parademons, bunches of wild life. Who was really unimpressive?

Yeah K Croc the biggest joke in Gotham who got choked out by Two-Face lol. I guess Joker is somewhat of a ROCK specialist.
I'm sorry but as far as actually putting joker against anyone is a mismatch in his opponents favor. Deadshot would end it with a quick raise of his hand.

Not really, Deadshot ain't as good as people make him out to be if people like Scarecrow can dodge his bullets then why cant Joker.

I don't know, man. Sure, he has some bad showings every now and then, but he also has quite a few good ones.
Note: Deadshot said he had no intention of killing Ollie. in fact, he wanted Ollie to look over his family.
Shoots the string on Ollie's bow
Shoots incoming arrows
Dodges a sniper shot and pulls an immediate headshot
There's a lot more, but I really don't want to dive into my gallery at the moment. If needed, I can provide much more later.

Excuse me? and Deadshot has tagged Batman on multiple occasions,even defeated him back to back in a single story.
The Joker dies and Salvation Run was horrible crap.
The joker can make any person with skill outwitted by his unpredictability look at Batman And the robins for example. Besides Batman defeated Deadshot so why cant the joker.

Deadshot pulls his shots against Batman - not to mention he has also taken down Batman. Deadshot has no reason to pull his shots against Joker.
Furthermore, Wayne is far more agile and skilled than the Clown Prince of Crime, so there's no reason in my mind to justify Joker beating Deadshot "because Batman did."
