Battle takes place in the Amazon Jungle Noon (Image Below)..
Deadshot & Toad unknown to them are being paid big $$$ by the same person to take each other out.
Both characters get full intel on each other.
Deadshot has his Usual suit/Headpiece for this encounter but not Arms.In this scenario he is armed with an  AK47 (4 CLIPS) No Sight!! Combat knife & 2 Smoke Grenades.  
Both characters are on high alert!!
Deadshot starts 2 miles West at the centre of the river & Toad 2 miles East centre of the river.
Win is by KO, Death or surrender.
Who Wins?

I know Logan kicked his ass but before that Toad got some good shots in that would have put a lesser man down for the count..
Can Deadshot take full punishment from Toad..
Head full of acidic Snot? Full volocity wind blast? Kick to any part of his body from Toad?

Toad has potential to win if he can sneak up on Deadshot and take him out quickly before being seen. 
 
However, that isn't likely at all to happen. And since Toad has never been a bullet-dodger, he's dead meat the second Deadshot sees him.

But there is a river which Toad will make the most of  as a place of ambush imo.. Remeber they both have intel on each other & if anything Toad is going to avoid at all costs a confrontation & will look for the quick victory here via ambush & a face full of acid snot or a kick to the body.
