Deadpool(Marvel) VS Freakazoid

This was inspired by Pistolwhip1's Deadpool VS Candlejack thread I replied to a few minutes ago. Prep for both and morals apply. Fight takes place in a carnival. Who wins of these two warped, hilarious superheroes? Wade Wilson or Dexter Douglas?

Oooh... I'm gonna go with Freakazoid. Deadpool will literally die of laughter and if he doesn't, he'll submit to Freak's highly advanced fourth wall powers.

Barring either of those, Freakazoid can travel across the world in a few seconds and only has one weakness.
