Deadpool vs Winter Soldier

Straight up hand-to-hand combat. Deadpool is wearing his suit but has no weapons, Bucky has his suit, metal arm, and a combat knife. Morals off. Battle takes place at the same place where Captain America fought Bucky in the final battle on the helicarrier in the Winter Soldier film. Bucky knows about Deadpool's healing factor and Deadpool knows about Bucky's metal arm but neither have any prep time. Fight is to the death or until one is incapacitated. Who wins and why?

Using comic versions giving winter soldier a knife but leaving deadpool unarmed makes things interesting but I am still leaning towards Wade. Skill is pretty even but I still feel deadpool has the edge in overall physicals plus the healing factor.

@jashro44: Winter Soldier also has his metal arm which is a weapon in and of itself. All Deadpool really has is his healing factor and martial arts skills, which Bucky also has (not the healing factor). You don't think Bucky could take him, maybe even 4 or 5/10 times?

@nfactor1995: nope. Bucky will have an extremely tough time shutting him up and even putting him down. Especially if Wade knows he has to kill Bucky. He's held back against a majority of heroes he's fought but he'd best Bucky pretty habdily.

I think Bucky can win a few however deadpool healing factor will let him tank knife stabs, and deadpool does have enhanced physicals up there with Steve, wolverine, etc. I think in hand to hand that deadpool is quicker than Bucky and he also has greater strength discounting Bucky's robotic arm. Bucky's robotic arm is stronger but it will be tough to put wade down.

Bucky's not bad in hand-to-hand (or hand-to-knife in this case) but he lacks the equipment to incapacitate Deadpool, which would be his best bet, and morals off also adds to Wade's favour.

Under these conditions Bucky doesn't have what he needs to keep Wade down. If Deadpool and no healing factor, and Bucky had no knife to keep things fair, I'd back Bucky. Skill wise I'd rate them about equal, but Bucky has the striking edge with his arm.

Under OP conditions though, I give it to Wade.

I'm going with Bucky, I know Wade has a healing factor but with out weapons Deadpool is going to find it extremely hard to put the Winter Soldier down.

Finishes with Bucky decapitating Wade.
