Ultron pulls him apart and scatters his bodyparts. Or incinerated him in his nuclear energy furnace. Sure he comes back eventually, but he's losing every match horrifically.

Ultron stomps utterly.

Ultron Melts Adamantium and pours it down Deapools Mouth. Then he in cases him into an Adamantium shell and sinks Wade to the bottom of an ocean.

@lettsplay10: doesn't need to. All he has to do is trap him, or cut up his body parts, and put them in different containers.

Deadpool survives because the writers want him too. There are ways to kill the unkillable. he doesn't die because he heals, but what if there is nothing left to heal? What if he gets vaporized, thrown into the sun, have molten lava dumped on him. What if you pin him under a rock? not like he could move it.
