it depends on if they have time to prepare or not. if trhey had time to prepare for it i would have to say deadpool because he would add kryptonite to everything he uses and would just beat the living shit out of superman but only because of the kryptonite. without it he loses definetly.

even if Deadpool gets time to prepare, I still think there's a chance Superman might speed blitz Deadpool. Deadpool isn't like Reed Richards or Tony Stark, Deadpool does stupid things and I don't think he's faced anyone in Superman's class before

without kryptonite deadpool gets destroyed yes he is immortal but that dont mean supes cant hurt him if nothing else superman can toss him back to canada and go about his day

Deadpool would eventually get angry or serious and come back, and just kill him, I mean an ordinary man Lex Luther has come so close to killing him, and Deadpool who is superior to Lex in every way exept for charm and inteligience, he could definatly defeat Superman, I mean Deadpool has no weakness ( sept bieng really insane and sometimes depending on who writes him stupid) could beat Superman because he does actually have a weakness that has almost gotten the better of him quite allot! Deadpool does have the ability to defeat him! He can be stupid or just completely insane, but looks are deseaving, i'd say Deadpool will win this one.

And there's your problem. Lex is a threat to Superman because he is inteligent enough to devise ways of hurting him. Deadpool isn't. Not by a long shot. Deadpool couldn't hurt Superman even if Superman just stood there and let him.

That doesn't mean he can't be knocked out, and he doesn't make swords.
The thing you people fail to realize is, Deadpool may be immortal, but he can still get knocked out and he can still lose. Deadpool CANNOT defeat Superman. Period.

How Immortal is he? How would he hold up in space, or in the core of the sun?
Isn't dead pools swords made out of adamantium? If so they won't do anything to superman. In a superman/fantastic four story a laser made to cut adamatium hit supes and did nothing. And even if dead pool knows about kryptonite wheres he gonna get it? This isn't smallville you can't just look on the ground and pick some up. Superman could freeze him, put him in the phantom zone, or use pressure points to take him down. If supes wanted to kill him he'd melt off all his skin and freeze him or tear out his brain and freeze both his head and his brain from regenerating and put him on opposite sides of the universe.
