Then again it's New 52, so I'm gonna give it to Deadpool.

A Green Lantern Deadpool makes little sense and the character would have virtually no way to be used in a debate properly since basing said debate entirely on an emotion that is not easily measured and their is no way to really compared in any way to effectively use him.

@linkxv1: It's fine. I'm not going to hound you for having an opinion, unless you try and push opinion as said fact and try and belittle people for it. But you aren't. I won't doubt Deadpool's creativity but my point is this a very loose and speculative battle. And I understand a lot of battle forum battles are speculative, but at least we have feats and evidence to go by in comparison. This isn't exactly as solid as that. IIRC, Green Arrow tried using a lantern ring and made a really shoddy arrow that didn't much and it took A LOT out of him. It's been awhile since I saw that, so my memory might be a little fuzzy. But my point is you can't just give them any object and expect them to effectively use it. Deadpool has the creativity, but does he have the willpower? Kyle has contained supernovas. John tried recreating the Xanshi star system and the ring said his willpower was going beyond the ring's capabilities and failed. So is Deadpool going to all of a sudden be able to do these things just by having the ring for a week? Is he all of a sudden going to be able to generate a red sun for prep? Is he going to generate kryptonite radiation or something? Or will just making a big, green katana and will that hurt him since making an arrow hurt Ollie? And I wouldn't say Ollie is weak willed. He has gone through some tough sh*t himself. So where will Wade fall?

Not only that, but Deadpool is not as experienced as any normal GL, and won't have the same degree of control over the ring and the constructs. Long story short - he gets de-ringed, then turned into ketchup by Superman.

Giving him GL ring is an awesome idea. DP has all those inner voices/personalities which could lead to some insane and utterly disharmonious creations. I see a gigantic, bright green plasma chimichanga smacking Superman right outta the sky.

Deadpool wins. Isn't really a way to break his will and he will be super unpredictable with his attacks. Superman won't really know how to fight him.
