Deadpool Versus Strider Hiryu.  Who wins?

As you can see I'm into both comics and mangas, as well as video game characters.  Mangas more so than comics as of the last few years.  East versus West.  I want to create "different" match-ups.  I can only stand to see Hulk vs, Superman vs, Goku vs, Wolverine vs only so many times I mean GAUL!!!

I see it being a fairly close fight.  I'm aware of Strider's abilities (Strider 2, Capcom vs series), and Deadpool as well.  I'm kinda seeing Strider pull out the win, but not very easily though.

what kind of argument is this, where is the evidence? all I see is people just typing up there names=.=.

Strider:

Hiryu shows super-human capabilities during battle, heightened by his impressive agility and speed. While he rarely fights unarmed, Hiryu has mastered hand-to-hand martial arts (Taijutsu, or unarmed body skills) to a super-human level and possess above-normal physical strength, being powerful enough to hack through his enemy's limbs using only his bare hand as though he was slashing at them with his

Cypher

. Hiryu's physique has been honed through special training, granting him the ability to move around freely in any location or position, even while climbing or hanging off structures; as well as nimble movements and agility to perform high acrobatic moves such as cartwheel jumps and backflips. Hiryu also possess a gifted speed, likely reaching supersonic levels. He's shown moving and attacking faster than the human eye can perceive, and has also effortlessly outran an explosion while standing close to it, and dodged barrages of machinegun fire from several "

Shadowtag Bullets

"A hi-tech weapon which greatly enhances its accuracy through a radar system, by actually moving faster than the radar system could track him." (Pretty much an anti air gun but for humans. (anti air guns can take out planes really fast so strider has incredible speed))

.

Hiryu favors the plasma sword Cypher as his weapon of choice, which he can freely use from any position[14]. His mastery over the Cypher is well known among the Striders, to the point it is said there are none more skilled than him wielding it. Hiryu's primary strategy is to close the distance with his target and then attack with a single Cypher strike to cut the enemy in half, a tactic facilitated by his trained physique and technique.

Other equipment Hiryu uses during missions include the Climb Sickle, a tool which allows him to climb any geographical feature with ease, and the three Options, support robots that he can call in for assistance. In his battle with Kain (manga only), he's also seen employing a set of kunai as throwing weapons.

Techniques

Physical Skills

  • Sliding: Also known as Slide In, seen in all his appearances. Hiryu's signature sliding kick attack, which he can use to go below hazards and enemy attacks.
  • Diagonal Jump: Seen in the first Strider. Hiryu does a long cartwheel jump forward. He can do it while standing still or running.
  • Acceleration Jump: Seen in both the original and NES Strider. By running down steps or inclines, Hiryu uses the momentum to perform a longer jump. It's used most effectively to clear large pits.
  • Triangle Jump: Seen in the NES Strider. By jumping into a wall and then jumping in the opposite direction, Hiryu can perform a wall jump and reach places that are otherwise inaccessible.
  • Hassou Jump: Seen in Strider 2. While clinging onto a wall, Hiryu can propel himself off it and perform a mid-air dash straight ahead. Can be used to switch positions or move faster in between locations.
  • Backwards Somersault: Seen in Strider 2. While in the middle of a sliding kick, Hiryu quickly makes a somersault back flip in the opposite direction.
  • Savage Slash: Also known as Midare-Giri, seen in Strider 2. Hiryu jumps in mid-air and does several slashes in quick succession all around him.

Cypher Techniques

  • Cypher Power-Up: Seen in both the original and Strider 2. The range of the Cypher's plasma blade is extended for a short period of time.
  • Plasma Arrow: Seen in the NES Strider. Charging up plasma energy in the Cypher, Hiryu can release it in the form of a projectile attack.
  • Boost: Seen in Strider 2. Upon activation, each swing of the Cypher releases plasma waves which home-in on nearby enemies and slices them apart.

his main tactics would just be to come out slashing.

Deadpool

Deadpool possesses a superhuman healing factor derived from that of the mutant Wolverine that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his cellular structure at a rate far greater than that of an ordinary human. As such, he can regrow severed limbs or vital organs. The speed at which this healing factor works varies in direct proportion to the severity of the damage Deadpool suffers. This healing factor also affords Deadpool a virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs, as well as an enhanced resistance to diseases and an extended life span. Unlike Wolverine’s natural healing factor, Deadpool’s is mentally driven to a partial extent. Due to the presence of this superhuman healing ability, many of Deadpool's natural physical attributes have been enhanced. Deadpool's musculature generates considerably less fatigue toxins than the muscles of an ordinary human being, granting him superhuman levels of stamina in all physical activities. His natural strength, agility and reflexes have been enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body. Deadpool's agility and reaction time are superior to those of even the finest human athlete.

Deadpool is an extraordinary hand-to-hand combatant and is skilled in multiple unarmed combat techniques. He is a master of assassination techniques, is an excellent marksman, and is highly skilled with bladed weapons (frequently carrying two swords strapped to his back). He is fluent in Japanese, German, Spanish, amongst other languages.

Deadpool employs any number of weapons depending on his current assignment. Most often he will utilize a combination of guns and blades.

Deadpool utilizes a teleportation device located in his belt to whisk him out of (and occasionally into) danger, as well as a holographic image inducer that he can use to disguise his true appearance as necessary.

Abilities

  • Master Martial Artist: Deadpool is an extraordinary hand-to-hand combatant and is a master in multiple unarmed combat techniques. He has been shown fighting such amazingly skilled fighters as Wolverine and Taskmaster and even defeating them in hand to hand combat. This shows that Deadpool himself is among the most skilled fighters in the Marvel universe, although in some fights it has been attributed to him being unpredictable because of his insanity.
  • Master Assassin: He is a master of assassination techniques, espionage methods, covert operations, infiltration methods, escape artistry, marksmanship, and is highly skilled with many bladed weapons (frequently carrying two swords strapped to his back), and a number of other weapons including firearms.
  • Skilled Linguist: He is fluent in Spanish, Japanese, German, Russian, and many other languages.
  • Medium Awareness: Possibly as a result of his mental state, he is aware that he is a fictional comic book character.
  • Unpredictability: It is difficult for anyone to know what Deadpool will do at any given moment, given that he himself barely knows what he'll do at any given moment. This makes it difficult for most opponents to predict what he will do

now with this evidence we can come to the conclusion of who will win. I would argue with deadpool who has the unpredictability factor which would give him the edge in a battle and the healing factor. Deadpool fights dirty so Strider may have chance of losing or his head exploding because Deadpool talks too much!

You are an incredible idiot! Hiryu can take Wade's limbs off with his hands before Wade can blink! Falchion would eviscerate every single shred of that over-blown character! Hiryu is faster, stronger, more skilled, more agile, has better weaponry, even more durable, and is far more experienced! The only thing Wade has is his healing and that doesn't stop Wade from being beaten! Not at all!

Just come out slashing? It worked when he killed God! Twice!

I think I'm having an aneurysm and I can't tell if it's from your idiocy or my hate!

@geraldthesloth: Remember Strider's Blade Can't Kill Deadpool Yeah Strider Haves Way Better Stats Than Wade But Strider Can't Kill Deadpool,Deadpool Can't Kill Strider Meaning This Battle Is A Tie.
