I totally agree man. whatever Spider-Man can dish out Deadpool can take. Deadpool will be shooting at Spider-Man with automatics this whole fight, and odds are eventually Spider-Man wil get hit. In Cable and Deadpool #30, Deadpool stalemated Iron Fist (IF was using Daredevil's uniform and weaponry), then in the next issue directly after his previous fight he fought Cap, Goliath, Falcon, Iron Fist again (still wearing DD's uniform), and Hercules. During that whole fight he was hit twice, first by IF in the back with a billy club nunchuck thing and second by Cap's shield. The rest of the time Deadpool was dodging everything, his fancy footwork allowed him to trick out Hercules and Goliath and deny a swoop from Falcon. That fight is enough info for me to think that Deadpool will do more than simply last this fight, he will win it.

Something else just needs to be said though. Deadpool was beaten by Squirel Girl, lol, it was funny though. It seamed like Deadpool, throughout the fight, just wanted Squirell Girl to leave him alone and thats why she won. Thats just my impression.

In some places people WOULD pick Spider-Man for those reasons (certainly a lot of places) but I think here on this sight people are more inclined to back up their opinions.

Not true, the reason people pick Spider-Man is he should win. He is smarter than Deadpool, faster, stronger, and more durable. Deadpool has healing and weapons on Spider-Man and thats it. You can't count fighting skills, cause while Deadpool is trained in more traditional fighting skills, Spider-Man has his own unique Spider-Fighting style. Even if Spider-Man couldn't knock Deadpool out, which I don't see why he couldn't, he could web him up in a way that Deadpool would have to wait at least an hour to get out.

I'm pretty sure that now it depends on how much webbing he put for how long it will dissolve. (Just saying)

I didn't say Deadpool is dumb. I said Spider-Man is smarter. But he wouldn't beable to get a hand free if he is webbed up. He wouldn't beable to move, and if he has to leave and regroup that means he lost.
Spiderman webbing is very strong. It took a lot but his inorganic webbing was able to keep the daily bugle from crashing. His now has organic webbing which is stronger. Post Edited:2007-12-14 23:24:13

Yes they have, Spidey knows about Deadpool and wouldn't take it easy because of the jokes. Spidey is the original when it comes to joke cracking.
No problem, I know that in one comic Deadpool made the comment about Spider-Man looking like Tobey Maquire becuase he had seen the Spider-Man movie. I believe Deadpool has also used Peter Parker as an alias.
Spider-sense + agility + super strength + genius level intelligence gives him the win over Deadpool. Deadpool is great in hand to hand, but not quite as agile or nearly as strong as Spider-man. Spider-man would easily avoid all of DP's gadgets with the spider-sense, and DP is not strong enough to break out of Spider-man's webs. DP is in my opinion less of a threat to Spider-man than Wolverine, because if you enter Wolverine's strike zone, you're getting shredded. Deadpool, not so much. He has a sword, but that can be taken away. Regeneration helps, but doesn't win a fight.
IMO opinion Spidey has, webbing spider sense and a slight advantage with speed on DP.
Deadpool would be able to catch up with Spider-Man and if Spider-Man was dumb enough to risk a h2h fight then Deadpool could come out with A win (emphasis on could).
A say Spidey 7/10 times, I would love for Deadpool to deliver a beatdown to Spider-Man an just stomp him out, but really it wouldn't happen like that.
I look for Spidey to take this 6/10 times if not 7/10. Deadpool is good and all but I think Spidey has just enough edge on him to keep him in the V column.
Of course the fight between these two woul be a blast to read and see. The amount of jokes and wise cracks that would be said could split someones side open.
Spider-Man, easy. First, web Wade up so he can't move. Then web him to the roof of a car. Finally, toss the whole package in the East River. Deadpool will probably survive, but it'll definitely take him a while to get out of that mess.
