only catch:

Spiderman with organic webbing, and stingers
Deadpool has his Teleporting Device
fight to the death

Here's some logic. You put Spider-Man in a fight to the death with a guy that's got one of the best healing factors on Marvel Earth. And then you gave him a healing factor upgrade.

Spiderman could hurt deadpool, but I don't think he could finish him....Plus Deadpool has a teleporting device so he could possibly finish quickly with one or two shots. Deadpool 6/10 with a narrow victory.

Exactly. It would be similar to a fight between Spidey and Nightcrawler, except that Wilson's teleporter is less reliable.

spidy loses this in spite since deadpool is immortal

in a regular fight i believe spidy wont need this upgrade to beat deadpool even with teleport abilities(but i don't think it would be easy)

In a normal fight Spidey would have a better shot but since it is to the DEATH and Deadpool can't die Deadpool wins. And Deadpool having the the TP device on top of that doesn't help Spiderman's cause at all lol
