Spider-Man considering that Deadpool's jokes are usually rude or nasty.

Deadpool might kill the audience if they don't laugh.

I am not sure either would actually get alot of people laughing. Spidery's jokes are corny and most don't find them funny and as Freak said Deadpool's are jokes most won't find funny.

They're both Hilarious. I think it'd be a draw because Deadpool is funny and so is Peter. lol.

Well Spider-Man is corny and Deadpool is annoying. I guess it all depends on which one the audience can stand.

Deadpool's not so much funny as he is insane. I guess the insanity is the comedy come to think about it.

Yeah I think that the audience would probably be lost on some of Deadpool's material. Deadpool is better at doing funny things and being in funny situations (since that's the way the writer's want him), and a lot of Deadpool's comedy comes from breaking the fourth wall. If this is a Marvel universe audience, they won't know what the hell he's talking about. I'd give it to Spidey because he's better at one-liners and quips that everyone gets. If anything webhead would have the Steven Wright factor and tell jokes so corny they are hilarious.

A lot of people just find Spidey's one-liners annoying, so I'll say Deadpool.

deadpool easy.... its his humour that keeps me buying his comic. i would like to see a mini series of them, they would stop fighting villains just to out humour the other

I find Deadpool to be far funnier, but I don't think he would pull as many laughs, mostly due to the fact that his material is insane.
