Deadpool vs. Shocker

Fight takes place in a Mall. Civilians are around.   
Both start 20 feet away from each other. 
No preparation.   
Win is by KO. 
 
Deadpool has no guns. Only two adamantium katanas and a grenade. 
 Shocker has his stuff. 

Morals are On. Deadpool is making fun of Shocker while fighting him.

about 11 min 7 second fight ending with deadpool stabbing shoker in the back then cutting off his hands an bringing him to a hospital in a high jacked ambulance while pretending to be be an EMT ;3

Deadpool wins after what should be a few dozen fatal injuries... There's no way Shocker could keep him down for good.

Deadpool doesn't need his guns, he wins this fight easy, Nothing Shocker could do would do any real damage to Deadpool, its an effort in futility. 
 
Does Deadpool have his teleporter? because if he does then he'll just teleport behind Shocker and drop the Grenade down his suit. Game Over.

He can heal it while being knocked out.

Shocker won't be trying to outskill him. Not to mention, those fabled combat skills are barely ever used considering his current mindset.

He has two katanas, and a grenade. The grnade can make a difference, but given the location, it is unlikely Deadpool will utilize it unless absolutely certain. The katanas can be destroyed by the Shocker's vibrational units. The OP makes no mentioning of them being composed of vibranium, or adamantium.

I'm not sure about that. DP's only real help here is his grenade. But i think Shocker's suit and agility( he has shown some nice agility and reflexes in the past ) would be enough to reduce the damage, IMO. Then DP would only have his swords and seeing that distance between, them, it won't be easy for DP to tag Shocker, before Shocker would KO him. =] "

 I don't doubt that he could dodge shocker, but not for long enough to give him the chance and close the distance. If he somehow manage to do it( something that i don't see happening for the majority ), then he could win. 

I think Deadpool can win with all his sillyness on Shocker on the run.

Judging from how Deadpool works, Shocker wins the first round by an  embarrassingly easy KO. The next few rounds are Deadpool trying to get revenge in comedic Wile E. Coyote fashion to no avail, finally either getting his revenge - possibly involving laxitives and a 
chimichanga - in round twelve. Or there abouts, lol.

Lotta love for the Shocker here. I appreciate you guys being so fair regarding Herman's potential, but I've always thought of him as a punching bag. Shocker loses so often because of CIS that I'm thinking he's probably just a stupid fighter. Deadpool, on the other hand, should having winning by CIS and PIS listed as one of his powers considering that's kind of his thing. Deadpool would never let himself live down getting beat up by the Shocker. Deadpool wins by PIS.

" @mavfan626: I don't think how that proves that he can dodge shocker long enough to close the distance. Again, Shocker has been able to tag Spidey who is well know to be one of the best acrobats, more agile than most street levelers and some pretty good reflexes as well. Not to mention that he has the spider-sense as well. He has so mandy advantages over Wade but he was still barely able to dodge shocker. And i don't think that shocker needs many hits to KO DP. So considering all these, i don't see how DP would be good enough to beat him. =] "
