A fight to the death, you say? Deadpool will not die, so it's automatically a stalemate or victory for Deadpool, since sooner or later Shadow has to tucker out, right?
Yeah, reading up on Shadow it's obvious that Deadpool won't be able to do anything to him, but Shadow can't officially kill Deadpool thanks to a little curse some evil genius *cough*Thanos*cough* bestowed upon him. Hasn't Deadpool been completely disintegrated and yet came back? I coulda sworn I read that somewhere once before.

wow im glad your all thinking really hard on this i hope you talented people will give me an answer while me and my friend are fanboys to our spacific person thus why we need your help to dicide, our fandom clouds our judgement while we also did shadow vs spiderman we bothconcluded shadow wins there witch is why i proposed deadpool and now we are in a stalemate untill your judgement.
shadow is useless with out a chaos emerald. so dead pool wins. even if shadow has one deadpool can get it away from him. i have never seen a fight where dead pool doesnt come out of the blues with an explosive to catch his opponent of guard.

Deadpool only needs one good hit to kill Shadow, Shadow has no ability to kill Deadpool at all. So eventually Deadpool will win.
