in all depends how loaded deapool is if he was fully geared ready for action he would take it 7/10 times due to SS lack of experience and being a bit rusty. if it was strictly random i give it to spidey via incapacitation by impact webbing for like 7/10.

I don't see how Deadpool being fully equipped will help.Unless this is Scarlet Spider as in MVP.

a fully equip DP would grab and blow up spidey ftw. a fully geared DP would have spidey dodging explosions shrapnel and bullets and a sneak attack port for a kill.

I'm giving it to Deadpool. As close as this battle will get; Deadpool will always get back up on his feet, gun and swords are more deadlier then web-spinners, and DP is a highly trained mercenary.
