Deadpool vs Loki

Deadpool has one day to prep for the fight and has whatever gear he can carry with him plus his teleporter. Loki has no knowledge of Deadpool and has his standard weapon. Comic book feats for Deadpool, movie feats for Loki. Morals are on. Battle takes place where Loki fought Captain America in the Avengers. Who wins and why?

Just saying, Deadpool never had a teleporter like everyone thinks he did.

Loki can't win while Deadpool can shoot Loki to the eyeball or cut his throat with an adamantium katana.

Loki can endure in battle a whole lot longer than he. He can cut off deadpools head with his spear & teleport his head and body to 2 different places. End of story

Good question. Deadpool's got the healing factor and has survived stabbed in the chin by Wolverine, punched by Hulk, buildings falling on him, and multiple stabs. Also, he's defeated Taskmaster and Hawkeye. However, Loki has flight, durability, strength, and sorcery. At regular, he can lift 50 tons. The location could also play a factor. For example, if in the desert, Loki could throw Deadpool at a cactus, then twist his leg, use sorcery to move Deadpool's sword, and make him get stabbed in the stomach. However, Deadpool would survive that, and Loki could also explode Deadpool's whole body if with enough power. If Loki was given enough power, he could teleport Deadpool to the Sahara desert or Antarctica. The desert where he will get dehydrated, stung by scorpions and get snake bites, and Antarctica, where he will freeze, starve, drown, and accidentally drink saltwater.

I don't think Deadpool can hurt him.
