I don't know, Deadpool kept up with Spidey because of his physical ability and pure crazy.... But then again what is DP's sword made out of? I thought they were Adamantium, in which case they would definitely cut Lizard. But I think the reptile still wins.
Deadpool is going to get owned. No healing factor, and no weapon except a sword? Even if his sword is capable of penetrating Lizard's hyde, he won't be able to make anything more than a few surface scratches before the Lizard rips a hole in his chest.

Deadpool's also had swords that cut clean thru adamantium before as well. It was pretty cool. Cable gave them to him. Then a peacekeeping robot made by an alternate universe cable destroyed them.

I know he's a deadly martial artist, but I've never considered him one of the best in the Marvel U.
i making my assumption that with DP's enhanced strength and a battle tested sword that he can penetrate the lizard's hide for a quick ko stab.... that would be comedic and in a deadpool fashion.
it's kinda a disadvantage to deadpool cause the only thing he has with out his weapons and healing factor is his super human reflexes and and martial arts, while lizard has has his whole arsenal of abilities with the exception of healing factor
