Deadpool vs Lady Sif

Comic book feats only. Battle takes place on earth; Lady Sif is helping Shield and Deadpool is hired to kill her. Lady Sif is alerted to his arrival 10 minutes before he gets there. Win by death or incapacitation. Morals on, standard gear, and Deadpool has a day to prep. Wade is offered whatever he wants if he wins. Who wins and why?

Hmm interesting fight sif should be pretty resistant to gunfire and she would wreck DP if it went to swords IMO. The only thing that should give her trouble is wades prep he's actually pretty decent with it and will be packing nasty explosives that may even the odds. I'm gonna say sif for the slight majority just because of here stats advantage but it's close

an asgardian can punch wade outcold.... physical states are on a different league.. and lady sif is a skilled swordsman.

yeah.. if he gets say IG or HOTU, he beats sif handily

@ssj_god: Deadpool is quicker though so he probably wouldn't let himself get punched straight on like that. Also wouldn't his healing factor would enable him to recover from her punches relatively quickly as long as he keeps enough distance between them so he doesn't get pummeled while he's injured?

Sif would win but it would be a great fight they both have a healing factor both pretty durable. she might have a slight edge in durability. smarts might go to wade slightly sif no slouch in that department either. Sif would win but it would be an interesting battle

I think you are forgetting Deadpool's arsenal and skills.

He could teleport, he have an almost limitless healing factor(no matter how hard Sif slashes, he would just regenerate). he have infinite amounts of artillery with his magic satchel. Yea sure, Asgardians are RESISTANT to bullets, but I don't think Sif could take infinite amounts of them. Deadpool is also an expert in swordsmanship. I say Deadpool stomps even without preparation.

I am waiting for a reply with a proper argument.

If you want to really get into it, Deadpool can conceivably grab a nuclear bomb and chuck it over to Asgard with his twenty four hour prep. She has ten minutes warning that he is out to kill her, but hey, a bomb is a bomb, right? He has no sense of fairness and if he was tasked with killing Sif, he'd be smart enough to do it as quickly and as underhandedly as he can. Then get the heck out of there.

Taking away that possibility, in a straight out fight, I give this to Sif. He'd be half way in love with her the instant he saw her, and full on ten seconds into the battle. She'd knock him out, call Captain America (sorry, Steve) and ship him off into SHIELD's hands. Or Cable's.

I am still in favour for Sif, overall.
