Deadpool may have gone up against Hulk, but he did nothing to warrent that he could possibly beat him. So it pretty much comes down to Thor and Hulk, which IMHO, is all up for debate. Thor vs Hulk is one of those fights where neither side will give into the other. I'll say Hulk, since its just normal Thor. So, Hulk wins.
im a little late but let me start off by saying thor sucks but its true but anymways deadpool would win hand down, he is basicly invincible the only way you can kill him if you have a poison that can destroy his bones made of Adamantium he may lose the fight against hulk but when its all over the hulk will turn back to human and deadpool will kill him then and hulk would just kill thor right off the bat if you dont belive me go wach the movie hulk vs thor thats prove enought that thor sucks but in the in deadpool would come out the winner

You have a deadpool username but you think Deadpool has adamantium bones? You realize that is Wolverine, right? And movies don't matter here on the vine unless specifically stated. Comic versions are mainly used.
Deadpool would be cooked into molecules by Thor's energy blasts, dude. Adamantium might be fine, but his cells would be atomized. The only sort of person who regenerates from stuff like 'blasted to atoms' are like..cosmic gods or nuclear powered monsters.

@pmnsquish: I think that Deadpool would lose before he even knew what happened, so this therefore becomes Hulk versus Thor which is not so much of a mismatch, but it has been done before. So you have created the rare spite/dupe thread. Try to fit this within battle forum posting standards in the future.
