For all those "Healing Factor does not make you immortal" enthusiasts, it indeed does not, being cursed by Thanos with eternal life so that Deadpool cannot further his relationship with Death, however, does.
I'm calling Deadpool on this one. My main reason is endurance, Though Clint is a helluva deadshot, Deadpool (being an elite assassin) isn't too bad a shot himself. The advantage is being able to endure damage, Wilson has the healing factor that will allow him to keep kicking . . and keep pulling the trigger. Barton can't endure a killshot, which I'm sure Wilson wouldn't fail to deliver on with one of his many shots from his AUTOMATIC weapon. Barton would have to sever his spine IN HOPES that Wilson doesn't plant one either between his eyes or hitting the major or ANY artery. . which I'm sure he'll be aiming for with all shots.
I'm leaning more towards Deadpool on this one. I like Clint, but there are certain advantages Deadpool has.
If Hawkeye can keep his distance long enough for the fight and perhaps fire several arrows (and have them connect), then I see him being able to KO or atleast weaken Deadpool. It is very apparent that Deadpool, while having a strong healing factor, does not like pain and can be slowed down by bullets and whatnot. However if Deadpool can evade Hawkeye's arrows and get close to him, then Deadpool would win. I haven't seen much of what Hawkeye can do H2H, but I've seen what Deadpool can do. I think Hawkeye would get destroyed by Deadpool if they were to fight H2H.
While I can see this fight going either way depending on the environment and weapons, I'm going to give it to Deadpool.
