Its in YOUR opinion an some others that he's better in every way, but others like myself would disagree.
And c'mon in EVERY way, obviously he isnt in the popularity category lol
Does DS even have a current ongoing, and did he ever have 2 at the sametime?
Dp is about to have a 2nd next month.

No, its not just his sense of humor IF (well maybe you have) but if you read Dp comics you'll see he has depth to his character you can actually relate to his background to me his BG is has more depth than Ds.
And also he's famous b/c he gets exposed Marvel puts out more of their characters compared to Dc they mainly stick to JL (related characters) its not Dp fault that Marvel takes time and chances exposing more of their characters compared to Dc.
And Ds does NOT have a better HF either Dp can regrow limbs an etc unlike Ds

I don't mean to take anything away from Slade, I love him too, he is bad ass. But the fact is Deadpool is MORE of a bad ass. When Slade gets injured he actually gets injured, it effects him. Deadpool has carried on fighting with half his head blown off before. Pain is irrelevant to him.
And as I said before, Slade has a sense of honour, Deadpool doesn't even know what honour is. That makes a difference. You say Slade could take DP hand to hand? Maybe so. But who says this fight would be decided hand to hand? Deadpool is the kind of guy to go "Oh sod all this honourable hand to hand fighting, let's just throw 20 grenades in his direction". Seriously.
And another thing. Deadpool has taken down an ARMARDA, yes a ARMARDA of Skrulls, including a Super Skrull, completely single handedly. Deathstrokes multiple, impressive none the less, feats are no where near that level.
And yes Deadpools agility is basically on par with both Spidey and Daredevil. Deathstroke's isn't no where near that kind of level.
And I'd put the likes of Nightwing below the likes of Iron Fist and Daredevil any day of the week. Especially Iron Fist who is thoroughly bad ass.
And anyone who STILL thinks Deadpool is a Deathstroke rip of is just an ignorant and jealous simp. Sure maybe 20 years ago, but the fact is Deadpool was evolved into a much more interesting character. There personalities are the complete opposite, their origins are completely different.
Deadpool isn't just a clown. He is a guy who got diagnosed with terminal cancer, left the love of his life so she didn't have to share the pain with him, went to extreme lengths to cure his cancer, and for his trouble, ended up horribly disfigured and insane.
That back story right there is 100000X more interesting and relatable than Deathstrokes. FACT.
Slade, basically, was just a really highly skilled soldier who wanted to be more highly skilled.
I may be new here, but I'm not a troll, I'm not trying to antagonize, I'm just giving what I believe to be logical arguments in Deadpools favour. And because I'm new, doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about.
@GhostPool: I'm not talking about the Punisher. I'm talking about his encounter with Daredevil. He didn't beat him in anything ... [more]
Its in the Cable/Deadpool Civil War tie in issue.
Deadpool essentially tries to break up an anti registration meeting just before they go on a mission. He succeeds in taking minimal damage for like a page and a half before Cable kicks his butt. He didn't take down a single one of them and he didn't last very long against them either. Yet, when people point out that Deathstroke can beat entire teams of superheroes, Deadpool fans always mention the scene because they think that dodging Hercules is somehow equivalent to impaling the fastest man alive.
He stood toe to toe with Cap.
And Cable didn't kick his ass. Deadpool tried to shoot him with his tranqs, Cable put up his TK shield, the tranq darts bounced back and hit Deadpool.
I question whether or not you read that issue.
The thing with Deadpool is this. When he takes things seriously (granted, his serious isn't as serious as some others) he is a very, very, very lethal combantant. To do deny this would be illogical.
And yes he did defeat Hulk, using his wits. Not all fights are won by strength or fighting ability. Sure Hulk was in a weakened state, but so was Deadpool, his healing factor was actually eating from the inside out, that was the whole reason he went after the Hulk.

You didn't even read mine. So, saying no one has countered it is wrong.
And do I need to post scans of Deathstroke taking on entire teams AND ACTUALLY WINNING so show how unimpressive it was for Deadpool to go up against Cap's Avengers AND GET HIS BUTT KICKED?
Post the rest of that fight, CK. Post where Cable totally owns Deadpool and ties him to a chair for a couple hours.
Deadpool is funny but he's not Deathstroke's equal at all.
@ Crimson Nutcase.
Sure. Once the site stops messing up on IE. Doesn't wanta cooperate this afternoon for some reason.
Point taken. Still, even I can point out several weaknesses with Shatterstar's style.
For one he holds a sword like this
For two, he randomly jumps in the middle of fights.
For three, he's always standing on his tippy toes...
Castleking, the last thing you want to do is use Marvel.com to prove a point. That's a wiki, and there's nothing valid about a power grid that fluctuates every now and then. Check Moon Knight's power grid and you'll see why Marvel.com isn't a valid source. Even the strength (supposed be a 4), intelligence (supposed to be a 5) and speed ratings (supposed to be a 3) for Black Panther are wrong.
