Deadpool-I don't know much about Deadshot, but I know that DP is pretty good hand to hand, and dang near unpredictable. 2. Having a Deadpool in a fight to the death only is ridiculous because he CAN'T die. No elimination rules posted? Assume incapacitation, KO, bfr, and death are all options.

1. Deadpool wins in Hand to Hand. Deadshot is by no means a bad fighter, but based on who Deadpool has gone against and his superhuman qualities the Merc with a Mouth takes the win.

2. Deadshot wins the guns round. He's a quicker draw and damn never misses. Deadpool is going to find his head turned to pudding within moments.

3. I will lean towards Deadpool. His superhuman qualities give him the slight edge necessary to put Deadshot down.

Round 1. Stalemate, both are probably equal in h2h combat but Deadshot does nerve strikes so maybe he wins.

Deadshot is the best marksman in whole DC and im pretty sure he is even better than Bullseye.

Round 1, I don't know, maybe stalemate. Deadshot is often underestimated in the H2H, but he's realy good, so, he could take this.

No problem - it doesn't help that their names are so similar.

i'd say deadpool all rounds.

Without healing factor i say Deadshot every round, he held his own against Batman in close combat, best shooter in whole DC Earth (Along with Black Mask) and Deadshot is probably more skilled than Deadpool.
