Not sure how this would go. I mean Cap is a better fighter but how do you beat someone like Deadpool. I guess Cap could always subdue him. That would still be a win.
If Deadpool was payed to kill cap then the fight wou;d be renletless but i think deadpool will win do to him unable to really die and healing factor. Plus he is a expert fighter and marks man. So i think Deadpool would win but it would be a tuff fight.
Depends for me. If this is the Deadpool b4 a mutant or in the comic book I'd say Cap. But if it's the movie version when he's a mutant and has a little group of X-Men powers than I'd say Deadpool.

Being knocked out means being hit to the point where you lose consciousness. Being knocked down just means getting knocked on your back, but still having the ability to get back up. See the difference?
