Deadpool vs Batwoman (Kate Kane)

Deadpool has dual katanas, dual pistols with 10 clips of ammo, dual mini uzis with 8 clips of ammo and 6 grenades. Morals are off for Wade but the current version of Deadpool, the one without a healing factor is being used.

Batwoman has a full utility belt of her standard equipment, is bloodlusted and is in contact with her father via radio for advice (which to the best of my knowledge she usually is). Pre Flashpoint version of Batwoman.

Location: Amazon Rainforest

Both combatents have an hour to familerise themselves with the terrain before battle.

Random Encounter. Neither combatant is familiar with the other.

So who wins?

I wonder if my advertising tactic will work?

Well at least I'm getting comments now lol. I created this thread a year ago and no one ever commented on it. But it's fairer than it originally was as at first I gave DP unlimited ammo which would have been unfair suffice to say. But anyway looks like Deadpool is winning here.

Deadpool shoots her in the face and kills her. Batwoman cannot hurt Deadpool in any way at all.

I'm bumping this thread as the conditions of the battle have been changed. Deadpool no longer has his healing factor, has less equipment and I've specified that this is the pre Flashpoint version of Batwoman. So if anyone's interested, who wins now?
