The fight takes place in Times Square, New York City. 
Aquaman has morals and is out of the water. 
Wade is a little serious.

They have no preparation time. 
Win is by Incapacitation.

Of course Aquaman beats the s*** out of Wade but without BFR what options does he have to keep him down? Wade with his fighting abilities (when he uses them) and the vibranium knives could hurt Arthur. I don't think it's a stomp.

Aquaman stomps. Even if hes been out of the water for a while he still has a strength level of around 60 tonnes, one punch and Wade is out and hes way too fast even on land for Wade to stop him.

How in the world did Aquaman beat Superman or Green Lantern or the prep-guy? Huh?

With such a high healing factor i somehow doubt that he could be KO'ed with a single punch.....well maybe i am just stupid who knows.

Aquaman eventually wins in a long fight. He'll probably find a way to take him out while still fighting him off and deflecting his attacks.

Although, still not sure. Pre-52 Aquaman would win, but Aquaman's reflex and speed feats are still not determined in the New 52 revamp.

Admittedly i am one of the people who thinks of Aquaman as stupid, and question his existence, and is part of why i like Marvel much more than DC, so im wondering how the heck could he possibly beat Deadpool, i dont know much bout him so im not gonna say Deadpool will win, but from what i know i feel he would

Aquaman in almost any situation, even if he can't kill DP which he probably could if he went all out. He could probobly just keep him locked up in some Atlantis electrical prison that keeps him in constant pain and prevents him from teleporting out.

@infinn1te: I question your existence...aquaman has superior strength and durability. I'm not sure of his reflexes and agility though, but it would only take one punch to ko deadpool.

Okay, lot of aquaman fans here. You all are forgetting several things. Wade has the best healing factor, he just keeps getting up. He attacks with puns, bullets, and sharp pointy things. Aquaman talks to fish and is super strong, not super fast at all or invulnerable. Deadpool successfully killed the entire marvel universe, I think he could take a fish out of water.

Plus aquaman is just soooo lame, really guys?

Man DP had prep time at that point also DP had Reeds tech that time to kill the most of the marvel universe and the authors and he's coming to kill us next

DP is not armed enough 2 kill aquaman man you should give DP a prep time or more explosives

With morals on Aquaman will probably not punch too hard for fear of killing DP (not knowing he has a healing factor) DP will just play possum until he gets the chance with a vibranium knife and stabs aquaman
