Deadpool v Punisher (with a TWIST)

Okay, while I'm certain that theres been a lot of "Deadpool v Punisher" post a lot. But! What if these two hitmen/assassins had the help of two deadly weapons? In this world: Deadpool, fused with the Carnage symbiote, was sent on a mission to kill a Frank Castle who had fused with the Venom symbiote to kill Wade Wilson. The two meet up at a warehouse at night.

Round One

Full arsenal at disposal and in control.

Round Two

No arsenal at disposal and without control.

Round Three

No arsenal at disposal and with semi-control

Well we know what Punisher and Venom is like

He's smarter so he wins ;)

Well...since Symbiotes seem to be able to take on the physical powers of their Hosts...that would give the Carnage Symbiote Deadpools Healing Factor. That would almost completely neutralize the Symbiotes weaknesses.

deadpool destroys punisher..... carnage is the more powerful symbiote, so that just adds to deadpools victory.

Isn't it Toxin? Or is he not a symbiote, i don't remember.

Carnage is a superior symbiote to Venom in every way. Deadpool stomps.

Deadpool is stronger than Punisher, Carnage is stronger than Venom, therefore Frank doesn't stand a chance.

I think he meant between Carnage and Venom, that Carnage is the more powerful symbiote between the two. As for Toxin, out of all the symbiotes I believe Toxin is considered the strongest/most powerful. I might be wrong tho.

Round 2-Deadpool

Round 3-Deadpool

Deadpool would pretty much own Castle under these circumstances. Actually under any circumstances. I don't know what was happening during Sucide Kings, but yeah, Deadpool wins. He is too skilled for Castle and with the symbiotes he would have more advantages.

Toxin is one of the most powerful symbiotes. He OWNED Carnage and Venom at the same time by himself when they were teaming up on Spiderman. The OP should of gave both the fighters the same symbiote to be more fair.

It is fair, the two symbiotes are powerful in their own right. Besides, this isn't about Toxin: Having him on either side would be overkill seeing as how Toxin doesn't have the same weaknesses.
