lol hard to imagine DP serious, but i think he actually clears pretty easy given all your stipulations. he could just as easily buy/steal a nuke for each fight and then just set up a bunch of decoys or teleport away before roasting them. but i do think he could win in an all out fight as well... if plays it right of course. lol

With this amount of preparation he clears.
