deadpool cant die and he barely cares about innocents so deadpool would probably cause some damage to ship and while spiderman saves people he'll strike

Deadpool. Since Ult Spider-Man is weaker and much less experienced then 616 Spider-Man and plus Deadpool is somewhat serious in this fight it's the icing on the cake lol DP wins
