I'll take foes due to Rhino and Speed Demon. Also Shocker has had some pretty impressive showings over the years.

I give it to the uneasy allies. Eddie is pretty well the same thing as peter except more vicious stronger and durable. I think the team can keep the foes busy long enough for eddie to charge boomerang. His symbiote should protect him from everything except the gas boomerangs. Then he can help the other allies and gang up on the foes imo.

Uneasy allies due Venom. If Spidey can beat these guys, so can Venom. The only threat I see is Speed Demon. Rhino's too dumb to pose a threat to team 2.
