DCU vs MarvelU in Baseball

Never really made a topic before and thought, 'why not..?'

So it's Marvel vs DC in Baseball excluding Characters above a 'TIER 14' Power Ranking. Just to see who would win, and how certain characters may use their powers to their advantage over others and in certain situations.. I think for the most part, this game would be pretty equal. If you like, and are familiar with baseball positioning, you could make your own batting line-ups, and decide on coaches and whatnot.

I think DC would win because they have the speed. No matter how well the ball is hit, they can always catch it, and running the bases would be easy. Maybe street level and mid tier characters would be better. Let's pick some teams and see what we come up with.

Should I 'up' the MarvelU tier level? No...I doubt that'll do much..

Well I was counting on the fact that guys like surfer, Northstar, Mimic, and Mar-Vell would be there to give MarvelU a chance speed-wise..

See that doesnt matter. If the Hulk smash's one out of the park the Flash would catch it, but, in the Major Leagues you must have some part of your body still in the field of play when you rob a home run. So if the Hulk crushed one outta the state it wouldn't matter if Flash caught it or not.

Any of the fliers could do it, it wouldn't have to be Flash unless Hulk has started hitting things at light speed. Diana could also lasso the ball from anywhere on the field.

I never said they couldnt, I only focused on the Flash. But couldnt Marvel do the same thing? Spiderman could web a ball from anywhere on the field, but what fun is that.

That's why I suggested lowering the power levels for acceptable characters.
