So all the heroes band together to take him down

Win by death/knockout/surrender

Only characters from the New 52 are allowed to help no characters from Earth 2

ROUND 2

DCNU heroes get info of a powerful Kryptonian coming to Earth

Win by all means

Everyone has 5 days of prep and full knowledge of Prime and his powers

No characters from Earth 2

VS

If Prime's Flash phobia is in effect they have a huge advantage.

We have already seen Spectre on DCnU during Phantom Strange 0, few more comics from him and i am sure no one is even going to question where Spectre can godstomp Prime or not, at the moment though he's featless.

Prime will also probably have his hands full with Captain Atom, i think he's the most powerful hero atm, despite what out fiery Helspont said.

Round 1: Assuming we aren't counting people like Spectre then Prime could probably win.

Round 2: Batman and Constantine. That is the answer.

@Strider92: Any insignt on how he handles Captain Atom? I think he would be Prime biggest challenge. Also is Prime immune to stuffs like transmutation?
