umm you mean the guy who put a hole in Galactus? yeah hes too OP for this... but if you were to choose, I dont know, maybe a certain Man of Iron im pretty sure he would fall within the limits (assuming of course you can use Tony)

Would War Machine (who I admittedly like more than Tony) fall within the limits?

And for that matter, would the guy in my avatar?

Yeah he works, think of 2 more character in his league.

I don't know all that much about War Machine, just putting it out there that Iron Man breaks the strength limits by a rather large margin.
