DCCR/Deronn_Solo's Mid-tier tourney (Closed!!).

...as the title says welcome to my mid-tier tourney.

The rules are pretty simple: you choose a team of 3 characters and beat the skin tone off your opponent, sounds good yes?

Rules and Limitation

• Pick three characters (as I've already stated above)
• Strength limit: no one over the 200 ton max limit.
• Durability city level at best and regeneration/healing factor is limited to 616 Wolverine.
• Damage Output is limited to city level (this includes striking power and energy output)
• Combat speed and travel spedd is limited to mach 8--perception/reaction speed is to DE Luke Skywalker.
• TP s limited to city level, and you can only effect one person at a time.
• No soul manipulation
• No time control, you can only manipulate time on yourself and the environment (E.I Miranda Lotto from D.Gray-Man. It's must be within the speed limit if one is trying to amp their speed and what not.
• No reality warping
• Intangibility can only be used for 60 seconds at a time. No telefraging, teledismebering or any tele-whatever of any kind.
• I hold the final ruling on characters if a problem arises; once I make my judgement you have one post to dispute any fallacious claim I, or anyone disputing your characters may claim. If after that post I decide to let said hypothetical characters in, then it's final--but it's the same vise-versa.
• If anyone tries to sneak in a characters over the limit, that characters will be disqualified and replaced with a Star Wars characters of my choosing (don't worry, I will supply the feats and quotes for you; but the debating falls solely on YOUR shoulders)

If you have any questions, please don't ask unless they're ubber important--because I may not answer them if they're asinine (I'm lazy like that..) -_-

The number of participants depends on how many people join I really want 16, but I would settle for 8.

I've really wanted to debate with some anime characters I like, and I rarely get the opportunity. Figured this would be a good way.

@jedixman You should probably go with the first one..considering there's characters like Superboy already in this tourney.

Actually..Superboy breaks the strength limits by a good amount. He lifted Kandor..the city.

@juiceboks: He used TTK to lift it. He ain't that strong physically and city lvl dc is the limit. I'll leave it to @dccomicsrule201 to decide but i can pick another char no problem if u rly insist.

@theorder14 I know, but TK should still follow the lifting strength limit.

200 tons as the strength limit would be like, a large structure, not a whole city, no? I'm no expert on weight approximations so I'm curious. Attack/durability level was city-scale, but it seemed to me like @dccomicsrule2011 set the 200 tons to limit lifting power specifically.

Anyways, I think I might pick Jack Knight and...idk who else yet, lol.

I agree, or else characters like Magneto or Jean would be allowed, and that wouldn't be fair.

Or Cable, whom I was actually thinking about using but then I remembered he lifted Providence :/

@dccomicsrule2011: What/Which version of Luke is DE since I can't figure out what it stands for and I don't have enough knowledge on the EU to just know what it means. A better question actually would be is how good is his reaction speed. I should have a team depending on that.

@skit: DE stands for Dark Empire. Which takes place 12 ABY IIRC.

Basically, Luke at this level, should be in the sub-light level in terms of reaction.
