For example, he goes from building time machines to struggling to remember his ABCDs, goes from beating grown men to death with his bare hands to getting his butt kicked by a 6 month old toddler with a barbie doll, and so on. The point is, that his intellect and competence are all powered by the plot and are not meant to be taken seriously at all. Like 90% of Family guy.

@brucerogers: Yeah that's pretty much what I thought. I know back in the day Toonforce battles used to be banned, which honestly makes a lot of sense because their abilities are impossible to quantify.

Stewie is a certified mid tier toon-forcer... Batman, from JLU/TAS/Movies is not. Stewie would win this easily... Calling in Peter is spite... Peter alone would beat Batman handily.
