I honestly DK lol .. Don't know enough about Maxima or powergirl to make a case and only know of Team Marvels most high end feats.. So idk what's considered consistent ! But I'm rooting for Marvel !

Girls easy. Speed, strength, telepathy, telekenesis, and durability. The boys can't handle their speed.

She has enough powers to make Martian Manhunter envious...
