Marvel takes this. Thanos, Doom, and Warlock together with Deus Ex Machina Richards and the guy who armbarred Surfer? Too much for DC.

I gotta go with DC... If Ivo whips a couple of Amazo's up that feed off of the Marvel team's powers, it won't be good.

Well since this is a fight with prep iim gonna go team DC they are all smart enough to  gold their own against the Marvel guys and are way more powerful

I'm going to have to go with Marvel taking this.  One big advantage that Marvel has is that all of those characters listed I think actually /have/ burried the hatchet and worked together in the face of a greater threat before.  The DC team I think each person will want to do things 'their way' and you'll have 5 different plans, compared to the Marvel teams once unified one.
